Fund Accounting
Senior Associate - Fund Administration
Responsibilities:
- Managing internal workflows and client deadlines.
- Building client relationships & liaising with client personnel on a daily basis.
- Maintaining a good working relationship with all client contacts including investment professionals, investors, auditors, and banking personnel.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial work paper packages, including portfolio investment schedules, accruals and partner capital allocations.
- Preparing quarterly and annual financial statements and footnotes for publication.
- Middle office responsibilities include capital call notice generation and processing, partner distributions, paying fund expenses and wire processing, and complex calculations of management and performance fees, including cash distribution waterfalls (e.g., carried interest and real estate JVs).
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Experience:
- 5 to 7 years, preferred
- Self-motivated, confident, patient and a strong desire to exceed expectations
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with unsurpassed attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a startup environment with an entrepreneurial spirit, as well as the ability to demonstrate initiative and perform well under pressure.
- Desire to learn, grow and roll up your sleeves to build a business, while simultaneously handling multiple assignments.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related Business degree with a minor/concentration in Accounting
- Introduction to financial products including, but not limited to, public and private equity, fixed income, venture capital, and real estate, a major plus

Responsibilities:
- Onboard investors into alternative investment funds
- Review investor transaction documents for accuracy and completeness
- Perform anti-money laundering procedures
- Communicate regularly with fund managers and their investors
- Manage internal workflow and client deadlines
- Build client relationships by providing exceptional service to clients and their investors
- Oversee bank activity for the receipt of subscriptions or capital call payments and the distribution of redemptions or distribution payments
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Experience:
- 0 to 2 years, preferred
- Self-motivated, confident, patient and a strong desire to exceed expectations
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with unsurpassed attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a startup environment with an entrepreneurial spirit, as well as the ability to demonstrate initiative and perform well under pressure.

IT Helpdesk Engineer
About the Role
As an IT Helpdesk Engineer, you will work with our IT team to support our US offices and the wider Group. You will be the first point of contact for IT support within the organization to support your colleagues whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices. You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues, as well as supporting the roll-out of new applications, systems and hardware.
Within your role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Install, configure and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems;
- Record, track, and document help desk requests and the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made;
- Provide support for applications and liaise with 3rd party vendors;
- Repair and replace damaged computer and network components, liaising with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution;
- Ensure the safety and security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software;
- Work with multiple areas of the business to set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues; and
- Maintain and update technical documentation regularly.
About You
You will be a dedicated individual with proven working experience in similar roles such as IT Helpdesk, IT Support and related positions. As you will be supporting a large team, you will be required to prioritize and manage many open cases at once, so you must have strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
The following attributes would also be advantageous:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in similar roles such as IT Helpdesk, IT Support and related positions;
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop OS;
- Experience with Fund administration platforms;
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to work as part of an On-Call rota; and
- Ability to work as an individual as well as part of a team.
