Nick has over a decade of experience as an attorney in the alternative investments industry, where he provided legal perspective and advice on a wide variety of regulatory, compliance and strategic matters.
Before joining Socium, Nick served as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Director for Crescat Capital LLC, a global macro asset management firm where he advised on all legal and regulatory matters for the company. Prior to his time with Crescat Capital, Nick was Senior Product Counsel for Zayo Group, LLC, and Senior Counsel, Director, and VP for U.S. Bank Global Fund Services LLC’s alternative investments and global strategy divisions.
